Responsibilities
- Execute rapid evaluation of engineering concepts in various fields
- Identify and manage early vendor relationships
- Perform trade studies and physics-based analysis
- Design, implement, and test complex electro-mechanical systems
- Lead design reviews and define hardware test plans
- Build and test prototypes, analyze failures, and transition projects to production
- Support hardware demonstrations with customers and internal leaders
Job Requirements
- Experience in immersive technical projects
- Demonstrated leadership and autonomy skills
- 3+ years of mechanical and/or electrical design experience
- CAD skills and ability to create high-quality engineering drawings
- Experience in PCB design and ECAD tools
- Strong organizational skills
- BS, MS, or PhD in an engineering field or equivalent experience
