Responsibilities
- Develop high performance, high efficiency, and robust avionics solutions for air vehicle platforms.
- Develop reliable on-board communication systems for high bandwidth data exchange.
- Architect, design, and build high-speed digital PCBs.
- Communicate design requirements with external vendors and drive progress.
- Work cross-functionally between software, firmware, and hardware teams.
- Develop hardware validation test plans for sub-system and full system products.
- Ensure scalable, mission-ready solutions that meet military demands.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in embedded hardware design.
- Experience designing high-density PCB layouts.
- Deep understanding of thermal, mechanical, power, and performance tradeoffs.
- Experience with creating test plans and performing validation tests.
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and power/signal integrity.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
