Responsibilities
- Design embedded control electronics from concept to production, including hardware selection and PCB design.
- Troubleshoot issues spanning electrical and software boundaries using lab equipment and debugging tools.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers.
- Support new developments and customer-operated hardware.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages concurrently.
- Ensure designs meet operational requirements and performance standards.
- Maintain documentation and communication throughout the engineering process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in designing, testing, and troubleshooting embedded systems.
- Experience designing mixed signal circuits and using test equipment.
- Proficient with electronic design automation tools like Altium Designer.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools (preferential).
