Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment execution.
- Own and manage the Deployment Operations lifecycle for specific business lines.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to keep them informed.
- Create structured plans for deployments, ensuring timely placement of personnel and hardware.
- Problem solve and remove obstacles for the team and partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes.
- Guide and mentor a team of Operations & Logistics Associates.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
- Background in managing concurrent complex projects.
- Proficiency in multiple systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack).
- Ability to work extended hours and travel 20% of the time.
- Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
