Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Technical Operations leads.
- Own and execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Create structured plans for each deployment to ensure timely hardware placement.
- Problem solve and remove obstacles for teams and partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in Deployment Operations processes.
- Guide and mentor a team of Operations & Logistics Associates.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
- Background in managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
- Strong leadership skills in organizing, planning, and scheduling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering results.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
