Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Deployment Operations.
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team within Deployment Operations.
- Oversee global deployment strategy and execution, ensuring proper staffing and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key external customers.
- Serve as the primary liaison for deployment status and critical issues.
- Champion the development and adoption of new tools and methodologies for logistics and operations.
- Evaluate deployment processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic leadership and managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing or defense environment.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to problem-solve and drive change management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a history of delivering impactful results.
- Experience with enterprise systems and tools for operational processes.
