Responsibilities
- Provide support in COS problem-solving activities.
- Assist in developing new processes and manufacturing instructions.
- Reinforce safety policies and practices within the facility.
- Conduct employee orientations and emergency response training.
- Evaluate new tools and processes for efficiency and safety.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement events.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field required.
- 0-1 years of experience in engineering and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Preferred experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
- Proficient in MS Office and Minitab.
- Willingness to obtain EH&S Certification or Training.
