Responsibilities
- Provide support in COS problem-solving and process improvements.
- Assist in developing new processes, standard work, and manufacturing instructions.
- Practice safe working techniques and reinforce safety policies.
- Provide guidance on EHS programs and ensure compliance.
- Conduct employee orientations and emergency response training.
- Evaluate new tools and processes for production efficiency and safety.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement events and maintain safety documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a STEM field.
- 0-1 years of experience in engineering and continuous improvement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with environmental health and safety practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and Minitab.
- Willingness to obtain EH&S Certification or Training.
