Responsibilities
- Design and implement mechanical structures and products for aerospace and industrial applications.
- Develop manufacturing processes adhering to global engineering standards.
- Manage engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to define product requirements.
- Ensure installations meet customer needs and safety standards.
- Lead engineering team meetings and drive progress on engineering activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and maintain documentation standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in engineering and project management.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Familiarity with FMEA methodologies and industry regulations.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing and product development.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of design software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
