Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
- Document and maintain records of quality issues and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for products.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
- Maintain, calibrate, and repair test equipment and production assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and support internal audits.
- Contribute to new product introduction efforts using frameworks like APQP.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred certifications: IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, Quality Engineer certification.
- Experience in quality inspection, calibration, and process validation.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
