Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions.
- Develop long-range roadmaps aligned to industry trends and customer needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis across relevant form factors.
- Author business cases and requirements for new products.
- Lead the kickoff process for new product development launches.
- Oversee performance of the multi-product portfolio.
- Interface with customers, sales, and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, or embedded defense markets.
- Product management or technical leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Experience with product concept definition and NPI launches.
- Familiarity with Military Standards in writing requirements.
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and customer communication skills.
