Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert for product applications.
- Support Account Managers with product demonstrations.
- Provide technical training and support to customers.
- Offer aftersales application support for FARO products.
- Ensure quality in technical trainings and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with other engineers to test workflows and share knowledge.
- Represent the product at field events such as conferences and trade shows.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
- Strong understanding of 2D and 3D CAD.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interpersonal and team skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and flexibility for travel.
- Willingness to work in different locations.
