Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert for product applications and solutions.
- Support Account Managers with product demonstrations.
- Provide technical training and support to customers.
- Offer aftersales application support tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with other engineers to solve problems and document workflows.
- Prepare and maintain training equipment and documentation.
- Represent the product at field events such as conferences and trade shows.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
- Excellent understanding of 2D and 3D CAD.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and team skills.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.
- Flexibility for different working locations.
