Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronics and related software platforms for new product development.
- Maintain and execute the New Product Development process for all projects.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and design specifications for new products.
- Monitor and update tasks within product development program schedules.
- Ensure delivery of complete documentation packages for assigned projects.
- Participate in training, customer visits, and continuous learning activities.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with PCB circuit design, layouts, software, and wiring harnesses.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
- Willingness to engage in prototyping, validation, and testing of designs.
- Knowledge of product development processes.
- Strong communication skills for reporting progress and updates.
