Responsibilities
- Own customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Analyze customer technical data to develop specific solutions.
- Represent TMC at trade shows.
- Serve as a key interface between customers and internal teams.
- Prepare customer presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer inquiries and manage sales processes.
- Travel to customer sites to present proposals and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or Physical Science.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical sales or engineering.
- Strong sales skills and entrepreneurial drive.
- Proficient in MS-Office; experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
