Responsibilities
- Stay informed about daily airline operations related to the engineering field.
- Assess daily priorities based on airline objectives and management directives.
- Investigate aircraft/component issues that may lead to delays or cancellations and determine corrective actions.
- Provide engineering support for resolving discrepancies affecting aircraft or components.
- Develop action plans for fleet/multi-fleet engineering projects.
- Coordinate with other airline departments for effective implementation of engineering dispositions.
- Prepare engineering documents to implement technical dispositions for repairs and maintenance actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of related experience; preferred 3-6 years with aircraft systems.
- Experience with Engineering Orders (EOs), Maintenance Evaluation Team (MET) Projects, and Engineering Authorizations (EAs).
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and maintenance programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
