Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer programs for datacenter GPU engagements.
- Drive customer satisfaction and uptime targets by coordinating various engineering and support teams.
- Lead technical engagements for proof-of-concept and production ramp with partners and customers.
- Define and enforce program governance, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback on priorities.
- Oversee customer-facing support and escalation processes.
- Develop and scale repeatable playbooks and methodologies for large-scale deployments.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in leading large customer programs for datacenter GPUs.
- Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure and GPU software stacks.
- Experience in managing complex validation and release activities.
- Strong operational discipline and experience defining KPIs.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- Background in program management or systems engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
