Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to characterize products to customer specifications.
- Solve complex problems and implement significant process changes.
- Identify and plan product improvement activities to enhance yield and resolve quality issues.
- Influence suppliers to meet product quality requirements.
- Define and manage product reliability qualification requirements and activities.
- Measure and improve outgoing product quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with product/test engineering teams for test gap debug and coverage solutions.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or similar.
- Extensive experience in product quality, reliability, or product engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong structured problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and test flow.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
- Ability to build relationships and drive decision-making across functions.
- Understanding of NPI flow and cross-functional activities in product development.
