Responsibilities
- Manage a team of FAEs supporting a key customer.
- Articulate the benefits of AMD technology for cloud service providers.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance to systems engineers and developers.
- Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Drive customer feedback into AMD sales and engineering teams.
- Perform technical presentations and training for customers and partners.
- Analyze customer product solutions and evaluate performance based on market requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing a customer-facing engineering support team.
- Proven track record in server system architecture and benchmarks.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally.
- Hands-on experience in server systems setup and configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Knowledge in cloud computing, performance optimization, and FPGA programming is a plus.
