Responsibilities
- Own a multi-year program portfolio for global cluster initiatives, managing milestones and risks.
- Establish program governance across various teams including engineering and operations.
- Lead supply chain planning and execution for cluster infrastructure.
- Drive build readiness and new product introduction (NPI) execution.
- Build and scale supply chain product automation for cluster delivery.
- Translate business and engineering objectives into executable program plans.
- Establish lifecycle processes for cluster hardware and improve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Experience in technical program management and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
- Proven track record in managing complex hardware/software systems.
- Strong program fundamentals and comfort with technical depth in compute and networking.
- Experience with supply chain organizations and managing supplier dependencies.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation systems and internal tooling as a product.
- Strong analytics orientation and ability to translate data into decisions.
- Undergraduate degree preferred; PMP or MBA desired.
