Responsibilities
- Lead customer debug engagements for end-to-end datacenter systems & platforms.
- Collaborate with architects and validation experts to define and execute debug strategies.
- Drive hands-on system and platform-level debug/validation, including root cause analysis.
- Present debug progress and insights to executive leadership.
- Build a culture of ownership and technical excellence while mentoring engineers.
- Articulate technical details to executives and customers clearly.
- Manage multiple work streams within tight deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Proven leadership in datacenter/platform debug within complex systems.
- Hands-on expertise across system architecture, firmware, hardware, and software.
- Strong track record in leading high-performing debug/customer engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical depth articulation.
- High adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Extensive experience in debug and validation involving OS, FW, Silicon, and HW issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.
