Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions.
- Develop expertise in site operations and build relationships with site customers.
- Monitor performance metrics during field tests and identify patterns for improvements.
- Assist in evaluating user roles against product requirements and maintain a feature backlog.
- Drive launch readiness by developing user training content and ensuring site teams are prepared.
- Execute day-to-day field testing tasks and support site leadership communications.
- Compile field test data and document patterns for product improvement proposals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams.
- 2+ years of customer-facing work with advanced technologies experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
- Proven record of thought leadership and successful program completion experience.
- Ability to work across broad functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
