Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions.
- Build expertise in site operations and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Analyze performance metrics during field tests and translate findings into improvements.
- Manage a prioritized feature backlog and champion product improvements.
- Develop and deliver user training for associates and leadership.
- Manage day-to-day field testing and address operational issues.
- Update launch trackers and author status reports for stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with advanced technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred PMP or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
- Knowledge of software development/engineering lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
