Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end workflow from order to delivery handoff.
- Lead partner-location integrations and define SLAs and interfaces.
- Define packaging approaches balancing protection, weight, and drone compatibility.
- Collaborate with operator tooling teams to translate operational needs into software flows.
- Instrument workflows with telemetry and manage performance metrics.
- Write PRFAQs/BRDs and ensure cross-organizational alignment.
- Support site launches and validate mechanisms through data-driven iterations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Experience in roadmap strategy and product definition.
- Proficiency in feature delivery and product tradeoffs.
- Involvement in engineering discussions related to technology and strategy.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Experience in operations/fulfillment domains, including last-mile logistics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
