Responsibilities
- Manage product cost and negotiate with suppliers for cost reductions.
- Localize sourcing and qualification of BOM components to reduce logistics costs.
- Collaborate with logistics to improve material shipping efficiency.
- Set program cost targets at the commodity level with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Track program costs against targets and implement corrective actions.
- Establish operations strategies and coordinate manufacturing activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams for high-volume product launches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or factory material and operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of lean methodology and program management in supply chain.
- Proven experience in quality program implementation and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
