Responsibilities
- Lead platform-specific projects on satellite and ground systems.
- Develop and deploy MAC and PHY software stacks on FPGAs and pre-silicon platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Guide architecture decisions and communicate priorities effectively.
- Build automation and tooling for bridging production software with prototyping platforms.
- Conduct hands-on embedded programming of common peripherals and communication links.
- Oversee the full software development life cycle, including code reviews and testing.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 8+ years of programming experience with at least one software language.
- Experience leading design or architecture of systems.
- Proven experience as a mentor or tech lead.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with embedded programming and FPGA platforms.
- Preferred Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing diagnostics through production phases.
