Responsibilities
- Develop and advance hardware roadmaps for automation efforts.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Tech, and Product teams to translate requirements into specifications.
- Build project plans balancing business needs with project risks and resource availability.
- Drive project execution, track status, and resolve blockers.
- Lead business reviews and create comprehensive documents for stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end large scale projects, including business and systems requirements.
- Coordinate efforts between teams to develop optimal solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proven track record in owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
- Preferred: 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage escalations and balance business needs with technical constraints.
