Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during deployments.
- Develop process documentation and improve existing processes.
- Manage a team of engineers during project deployments.

Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- 2+ years of experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics or complex systems.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time for project deployments.
