Responsibilities
- Support and guide the installation of robotics, packaging, and sortation technologies at Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Develop detailed knowledge of robotic systems and guide installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage technical ambiguity around the integration of work cells in fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, technical program managers, and internal customers.
- Travel to project sites and ensure alignment among business stakeholders on program status.
- Manage day-to-day project scheduling and budget management.
- Work on continuous improvement activities to enhance project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- 1+ years of experience with technical drawings and/or reading CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems and resolve escalations.
- Proficiency in reading and developing technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with extensive travel.
- Familiarity with hardware integration and complex mechanical-electrical systems.
