Responsibilities
- Oversee large scale project planning, installation, and launch of industrial automation technologies.
- Support and guide installation of robotics, packaging, and sortation technologies.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, technical program managers, and internal customers.
- Manage day-to-day project scheduling and budget management.
- Travel extensively to project sites across North America.
- Lead teams of engineers on projects.
- Work on continuous improvement activities to enhance project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- 1+ years of experience with technical drawings and/or reading CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems and resolve escalations.
- Willingness to work primarily in a construction or warehouse environment.
- Proficient in standard office software tools and processes.
- Familiarity with hardware integration or complex mechanical-electrical systems is preferred.
