Responsibilities
- Support and guide installation of robotics, packaging, and sortation technologies at fulfillment centers.
- Develop knowledge of robotic systems and guide installation and troubleshooting.
- Manage technical ambiguity around integration of work cells.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering and internal teams.
- Travel to project sites and ensure alignment on program status.
- Manage project scheduling and budget.
- Work on continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 1+ years of experience in engineering or related environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Experience working in a 24/7 production environment.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
