Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver hardware solutions for robotic motion and actuation problems.
- Grow and manage an integrated technical team delivering hardware and controls solutions.
- Motivate and coach team members, focusing on people management.
- Maintain technical skills for leadership throughout the development and support life cycle.
- Participate in troubleshooting and technical post-mortem discussions.
- Set a vision for the team and create product roadmaps.

Job Requirements
- Graduate degree in Robotics or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of technical and management experience in robotics and automation hardware.
- Experience in partnering with product or program management teams.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with robotic system developers and component suppliers.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative robotics and automation solutions.
- Experience developing technical leaders in robotics and automation.
