Responsibilities
- Deliver training and coaching on RCA, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies to site leaders and maintenance managers.
- Conduct in-field workshops and mentoring sessions to enhance investigation quality.
- Analyze data to identify Top Offending Assets and systemic reliability issues.
- Audit RCA quality and ensure consistency with network standards.
- Collaborate with RME, Operations, and central teams to standardize investigation practices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability.
- Provide technical guidance during major equipment failures and high-impact reliability events.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of managing multiple large projects.
- 5+ years of experience as a Reliability Program Manager.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
