Responsibilities
- Lead condition monitoring technology deployments across multiple sites.
- Synthesize data from various sources into actionable findings.
- Diagnose issues within complex systems using root cause analysis.
- Define project KPIs and track timelines and milestones.
- Partner with equipment manufacturers and field reliability stakeholders.
- Present project status and recommendations to program leadership.
- Optimize operational processes and document improvements.
Job Requirements
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of CMMS software and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
- Experience in reliability/maintenance environments.
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems.
- 1+ years conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
