Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.
- Support and manage daily production operations, eliminating blockers and part shortages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Provide design for manufacturability feedback and drive continuous improvements.
- Work with process, quality, and design engineers to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Assist the technician team in resolving obstacles and managing non-conformances.
- Specify and build or procure tools and line equipment for hardware builds.
Job Requirements
- Ability to support a Weekend Shift (Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon, 10 hours/day) after onboarding.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing capacity or related field.
- 1+ years of experience with RCCA.
- BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
