Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project roadmaps and plans for stakeholder transparency.
- Drive program delivery to meet timeline goals while exceeding quality standards.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and provide clear direction.
- Participate in the full system development lifecycle, including testing and quality assurance.
- Manage multiple projects while influencing and negotiating with partners.
- Conduct technical analyses of advanced technology applications and material handling systems.
- Develop optimal solutions considering equipment specifications and material flow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience as a project engineer or related role.
- Experience managing large material handling or automation projects.
- Knowledge in lifecycle management of cross-functional projects.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field and experience with integrated automation solutions.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and data mining.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
