Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project roadmaps and plans for stakeholder transparency.
- Drive program delivery to meet timeline goals while exceeding quality standards.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects, providing clear direction and decision-making.
- Participate in the full system development lifecycle, including test plan execution and quality assurance.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects and effectively negotiate with internal/external partners.
- Conduct technical deep dives into advanced technology applications and material handling integration.
- Develop innovative solutions through collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience as a project engineer or related role.
- Experience managing large material handling or automation projects.
- Familiarity with cross-functional project lifecycles and automated equipment.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related STEM field.
- Experience with integrated automation solutions and e-commerce customer fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Project.
