Responsibilities
- Process satellites into the cleanroom and perform electrical test validation.
- Use tools and equipment for satellite operations, including overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Verify satellite health using computer-controlled equipment and monitor telemetry.
- Execute tasks individually and as part of a team to meet production schedules.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and peers to improve processes.
- Mentor new and junior team members as needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in spaceflight hardware testing and assembly.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be able to obtain a US Passport and meet customs entry requirements.
- Ability to pass Kennedy Space Center background check.
- Experience with electrically energized systems and in a clean room environment.
- Certification in operating forklifts and cranes is preferred.
