Responsibilities
- Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for material flow and human/machine efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate design and innovation efforts for fulfillment and transportation systems.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to create effective solutions.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Provide technical management for large-scale engineering projects.
- Communicate the vision and technical solutions to senior executives.
- Mentor and develop teams of engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience with material handling equipment and process design.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with automated material handling systems and Lean principles.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
