Responsibilities
- Design and develop power electronics prototypes, including component selection and schematic capture.
- Optimize efficiency, mass, and cost models for various power electronics designs.
- Drive designs through PCBA manufacturing and assembly, including board bring-up and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and requirements for satellite subsystems.
- Investigate different topologies to enhance system performance.
- Ensure high-quality and high-performing power electronics designs.
- Engage with technology developers to apply emerging technologies to power electronics designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience designing and debugging DCDC power supplies.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware development across full product life cycles.
- Proficiency in measurement, troubleshooting, and debugging in a lab environment.
- Experience with converter stability and design of control feedback networks.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power electronics.
- Strong communication skills for cross-organizational collaboration.
