Responsibilities
- Lead reliability initiatives to maximize equipment overall effectiveness.
- Develop and own programs and projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Use advanced project management tools for project ownership from concept to rollout.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for technical alignment.
- Analyze dependencies and tradeoffs across systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical systems.
- Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support or systems engineering experience.
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 5+ years of technical troubleshooting experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline preferred.
- Experience with material handling equipment (MHE).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
