Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute product designs from concept to production.
- Work with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations to ensure successful product launches.
- Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
- Exhibit thorough engineering analysis and ownership throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design and adapt holistic hardware solutions for ambiguous problems.
- Engage in prototyping and implementation of mechanical designs.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and proof-of-concept models.
- Understanding of technical principles in hardware development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
