Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians through satellite integration operations.
- Plan workstation layouts for satellite integration to meet processing rates.
- Implement manufacturing processes for satellite integration.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Author and implement work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to maintain integration equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for hardware/software integration.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Master's degree in relevant fields is preferred.
- 2+ years of spaceflight hardware experience in operations or testing is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
