Responsibilities
- Plan workstation layouts for satellite integration to optimize processing rates.
- Implement manufacturing processes for satellite integration and material flow.
- Integrate satellites onto dispensers and perform automated testing.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Author work instructions and standard processes while resolving anomalies.
- Collaborate with facilities personnel for payload processing facility setup.
- Address root causes of failures and implement production control strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for the development life cycle of hardware/software.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Preferred: Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Preferred: 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience.
- Knowledge of schematic design and debugging skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually for business needs.
