Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians through final satellite integration operations.
- Plan work for satellite integration, optimized for critical path.
- Implement manufacturing processes and material flow for satellite integration.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Interface with launch providers and evaluate takt time.
- Author and implement work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Preferred experience in designing complex mechanical products and equipment at volume.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and turn them into actionable steps.
- Comfortable in a highly technical, collaborative setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
