Responsibilities
- Lead technicians in satellite integration operations.
- Implement test requirements and design the satellite integration work cell.
- Support facility and equipment planning.
- Author procedures and implement process controls.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other engineering and manufacturing teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, or physics.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and material properties.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Preferred: Master's degree in related fields.
- Preferred: 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience.
- Familiarity with schematic design and debug skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
