Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in satellite integration operations.
- Plan workstation layouts for efficient satellite integration.
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for satellite integration.
- Oversee automated testing of satellites using various equipment.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Author work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for the software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Preferred: Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Preferred: 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of schematic design and debug skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
