Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in satellite integration operations.
- Implement test requirements and design satellite integration work cells.
- Plan workstation layouts and material flow for satellite integration.
- Conduct automated testing of satellites.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and testing processes.
- Author work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for hardware/software integration.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Preferred: Master's degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in hardware design and validation.
- Knowledge of schematic design and debugging skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
