Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated program management teams to support production targets
- Drive material availability and inventory management strategies
- Lead implementation of process changes while maintaining production continuity
- Develop and execute cost reduction initiatives to meet program targets
- Manage improvement programs through cross-functional collaboration
- Drive resolution of production issues and operational challenges

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience (preferred)
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, or related field (preferred)
