Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning team and manage integrated program management teams to support production targets.
- Drive material availability and inventory management strategies.
- Implement process changes while maintaining production continuity.
- Develop and execute cost reduction initiatives to meet program targets.
- Manage improvement programs through cross-functional collaboration.
- Resolve production issues and operational challenges.
- Develop and track key performance metrics and manage stakeholder communications.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in process improvements with automation and analysis.
- 5+ years of operations management experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive efficiency improvements in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience in managing complex aerospace/satellite programs.
