Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Program Managers.
- Ensure hardware delivery aligns with production schedules by identifying and resolving risks.
- Evaluate supplier production lines for capacity and manufacturing quality.
- Report status to senior leadership clearly and succinctly.
- Develop and implement best practices within the team.
- Execute annual improvement plans.
- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives effectively.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or supply chain roles.
- Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and project prioritization.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and supplier development programs.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Six Sigma certification and experience with manufacturing process improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with space-grade electronics manufacturing standards and requirements.
