Responsibilities
- Support technical collaborations across mechanical, electrical, software, and operational domains.
- Develop quantitative models and tools for analyzing technical trade-offs.
- Establish and maintain performance, availability, and quality targets for systems.
- Participate in testing and verification of new systems and components.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Design Engineering, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
- Identify and resolve systematic failures at component interfaces.
- Create technical documentation and analyses to support system design decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
- Experience in analyzing dependencies and trade-offs across multi-disciplinary systems.
- Experience leading technical collaborations across diverse groups.
- 3+ years of professional software and systems development experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of professional software and systems development experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- Knowledge of relevant technology domain areas (e.g., hardware, software).
