Responsibilities
- Drive customer requirements for AR system implementation.
- Identify automation opportunities based on labor, cost, safety, and performance metrics.
- Lead AR and MHE automation pilots, measuring success against productivity, quality, and safety targets.
- Develop business cases and implementation strategies.
- Support commissioning and maintenance of new installations.
- Create technical documentation including flow diagrams and equipment layouts.
- Partner with simulation teams to validate automation concepts.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- SolidWorks or similar CAD experience.
- Hands-on experience crafting proof-of-concept models and prototypes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
